Rose Panniers

These are the panniers I made for the 4th year film, Stomping Grounds made by UNCSA’s School of Film. They were worn by the character, Rosy Cheeks. I created over 90 “petals” of pink tulle, lace, and sequined netting, layered and gathered them, and attached them to a set of panniers.
